March 9th 2017 reception begins at 6pm dinner to begin @ 6:30

6:00 pm Welcome reception featuring passed hors d oeuvres

 paired with Czech`rd Past Pilsner

6:30 introduction by Chatham and MSH staff

Second Course Offering

Watercress salad, Caribbean pickled shrimp, mango vinaigrette, crisp plantains

Paired with: Trop Hop IPA 

Third Course 

Crispy H V Duck Rillette- 5yr aged gouda-grits, Charred habanero mustard

Paired with: Ghent Bent Strong Abby Ale

Fourth Course

Cantabrian Meat Stew

Braised wild boar, chick peas, veal, chorizo, smoked paprika, rich veal stock

Paired with:  Farmers Daughter Rye IPA   

Fifth Course

Sticky Toffee Pudding with spiked caramel

Paired with: Sch`wheat  Thang “float”
